Our Beginning
Kora started with a simple belief: when you have the right technology, your people can focus on delivering great operations instead of fighting with outdated systems.
After spending years managing large workforces across major events, stadiums and hospitality venues, Zoe experienced the challenges first-hand. Last-minute shift changes, constant phone calls, multiple spreadsheets, compliance requirements and trying to keep hundreds of people on the same page all became part of the job.
While there were plenty of workforce management systems on the market, none of them really supported the way operations teams actually worked. Most focused on rostering and payroll, leaving managers to juggle several different systems just to get through the day.
